Types of Grass Seed:

Bluegrass:

  • Sod-forming, commonly use for lawn
  • Good for full sun properties
  • 98/95 VNS

Poa Trivialis:

  • Shade tolerant, rough bluegrass for wet areas and roadsides
  • Assort varieties

Fine Fescue:

  • Creeping Red (sod-forming)
  • Hard (slow grow, high drought tolerant)

Specialty Fescue:

  • Sheeps (good to plant with wildflower)

Tall Fescue:

  • Deep rooted, good for poor soil
  • Fawn (coarse)
  • Turf type is available in our Triplex mix

Ryegrass:

  • Fast growing, good all around grass seed
  • Prefers sun
  • Annual
